Movement Sessions

We tailor and design classes and programs to suit all different bodies, levels and goals. We can help you strengthen, mobilise and lengthen your muscles with movements that leave your body and mind feeling good. We're about motivating and encouraging you to extend your limits, whilst also listening to your body. Every day your body will feel different so it's important that movements are choreographed accordingly.

Private Sessions

1:1 Private sessions are a great way to fine tune your movement, correct dysfunctional movement habits and really work on your goals. We focus on connecting your mind to your body so you really know what muscles you are meant to be firing.

Duo Sessions

Duo sessions are still tailored and designed with Pilates fundamentals to suit the individuals. With a Duo Sessions you still have the benefits of a private class but you get to share some the burn with your bestie!

Pre/Post Natal

We understand the important role movement plays throughout pregnancy and post baby. We work to nurture and support our mums through safe and effective Pilates movements. These sessions can be Private or Duo sessions and will have a focus on connecting to the pilates breath, mobilising the spine, and gently moving through functional movement patterns.

Rehab Sessions

We specialise in pilates rehabilitation sessions. These sessions are private and to help clients post injury get their bodies moving again. We are passionate about working closely with clients' medical physicians to get the best results.

*Must have clearance to exercise by a medical professional before starting to exercise.

Conditioning for Dancers

Pilates is a really important part of dancers staying in peak condition. It helps dancers avoid injury and enables them to slow movements down and really comprehend what muscles should be firing when moving. Pilates helps to improve balance, stability, core strength, posture, alignment and most importantly body awareness. Our focus when working with dancers is to help strengthen their body and their mind so that they feel empowered in themselves and their ability. These can be Private or Duo sessions and will be a combination of reformer, mat and equipment pilates.

Sound & MVMNT Sessions

This fusion class combines slow gentle stretching, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and a crystal sound bowl healing to finish! These 1 hr sessions are for up to 6 people and are held on a monthly basis. We see these sessions as self care nourishments that will leave you feeling relaxed, lighter and replenished! We are also available to do private or duo sound and mvmnt sessions on request.
