Our Private and Duo sessions are designed specifically for dancers and are 45 minutes, tailored to your goals and stage of training. Sessions may include a combination of Reformer, mat, and specialised Pilates equipment (Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, BOSU, suspension straps) — or a Reformer-only focus if you prefer.
Private Pilates Brisbane — one-on-one coaching focused on your strength, control, and specific dance technique goals.
Duo Pilates Coorparoo — book with a friend or fellow dancer and train together while still receiving individual attention.
