Movement Sessions

We tailor and design classes and programs to suit all different bodies, levels and goals. We can help you strengthen, mobilise and lengthen your muscles with movements that leave your body and mind feeling good. We're about motivating and encouraging you to extend your limits, whilst also listening to your body. Every day your body will feel different so it's important that movements are choreographed accordingly.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a powerful way to fine tune your movement and correct habits that may be holding you back. With individual attention, you’ll learn how to connect your mind to your body, so you become aware of which muscles should be firing and when.

In a private session, we can:

  • Focus on your personal goals — whether that’s strength, flexibility, posture, or injury rehab

  • Address dysfunctional movement patterns and replace them with efficient, safe technique

  • Use a mix of Reformer, Wunda Chair, mat, and small equipment for a truly tailored approach

  • Progress at your own pace with hands-on guidance and support

These sessions are ideal if you want deep focus, accountability, and results that translate into both your movement practice and everyday life.

Duo Sessions

Duo sessions give you the chance to share your Pilates journey with a friend while still receiving personalised attention.

With Duo Pilates you’ll get:

  • All the benefits of a private session, with programming tailored to each of you

  • Shared energy and motivation (and a little fun competition!)

  • The chance to enjoy the “burn” together while still focusing on Pilates fundamentals

  • A cost-effective way to access personalised coaching

Sessions can be adjusted to match both participants, so even if you and your training partner have different levels or goals, you’ll still be supported individually within the session.

Pre/Post Natal

We understand the important role movement plays throughout pregnancy and post baby. We work to nurture and support our mums through safe and effective Pilates movements. These sessions can be Private or Duo sessions and will have a focus on connecting to the pilates breath, mobilising the spine, and gently moving through functional movement patterns.

*You must be cleared by a medical professional before commencing.

Rehab Sessions

We specialise in pilates rehabilitation sessions. These sessions are private and to help clients post injury get their bodies moving again. We are passionate about working closely with clients' medical physicians to get the best results.

*Must have clearance to exercise by a medical professional before starting to exercise.

Sound & MVMNT Sessions

This fusion class combines slow gentle stretching, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and a crystal sound bowl healing to finish! These 1 hr sessions are for up to 6 people and are held on a monthly basis. We see these sessions as self care nourishments that will leave you feeling relaxed, lighter and replenished! We are also available to do private or duo sound and mvmnt sessions on request.
